Charming geckos are in search of a new home
Petrie
Petrie is a Crested Gecko and arrived on 23rd July 2025.
On arrival, Petrie was three years old and came to us when the previous owner's health deteriorated, and they could no longer look after them.
Petrie is a lively Crestie who loves to explore! Petrie can be held; however, he also likes to make a break for it. He enjoys roaming around his vivarium and has a special fondness for his coconut hide. Petrie has dropped his tail while being at the rescue, the most Petrie way he could by making a break for it and getting a little scared.

Heafty
Heafty is a Giant Day Gecko and arrived on 19th August 2025.
Upon arrival, Heafty was approximately three years old and came to us after their previous owner returned home to find that their animals had not been cared for and that they had to move.
Heafty arrived underweight and had rubbed his mouth in stress. Since being in our care, Heafty has gained weight, and his mouth healed nicely. He does have a scar from this. Being a day gecko, Heafty is not handable as they have sensitive skin.

Mini Puck
Puck, or as we call him Mini Puck, arrived on 21st May 2026
Puck is a charming seven-year-old Crestie who came to us after his previous owner could no longer care for him. He is friendly, enjoys being handled, and will happily explore on your hands. Puck has a big appetite and gets so excited during feeding that he sometimes nibbles the feeding stick—an endearing trait! He arrived at the rescue without a tail, so future owners won’t need to worry about it. Puck would make a delightful companion for anyone looking to welcome a sweet gecko into their home.
Fred
Fat Fred arrived on 17 June 2026.
He was found on the streets and handed into the vets; however, when no owner came forward, we were asked to take him on.
Fred is currently in quarantine and not available for adoption or to be reserved yet. We are currently ensuring he has no medical concerns and monitoring his behaviour to determine what his new home will need.
